As SEA & Paid Media Manager (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning, structuring, and optimizing our international campaigns on Google and LinkedIn. You will ensure that clicks turn into qualified leads – and leads turn into actual projects.


Your responsibilities


  • Design, development, and continuous optimization of SEA campaigns (Google Search & LinkedIn Ads)
  • Development of scalable campaign structures for international markets
  • Development and optimization of retargeting strategies for lead generation
  • Implementation and further development of conversion tracking and performance analysis
  • Continuous optimization of cost per lead while maintaining consistently high lead quality
  • Generation of sales-qualified leads (e.g., engineers with ongoing plant projects, operators with maintenance problems, or purchasers with specific inquiries)
  • Close cooperation with marketing, sales, and product management


Your profile


  • Experience in performance marketing with a focus on Google Ads (SEA)
  • Very good knowledge of LinkedIn Ads
  • Experience in international campaign management
  • Confident use of tracking, conversion measurement, and performance analysis
  • Analytical thinking and data-driven approach to work
  • Very good English skills
  • Interest in technical products and B2B marketing
